eMerge, our most recent product, is a powerful marketing tool that enables you to send bulk 'mail merged' emails. eMerge reads email addresses from your own Access database, and sends a single personalised email to each address, avoiding the lengthy process of setting up mailing groups. Alternatively, it can use a query that you have written in Access to selectively return records based on criteria that you choose. The body of the email is read from a file on your PC, or anywhere on your network. You can send HTML, which enables you to format your email, specify fonts, and include pictures, colours and hyperlinks. To personalise your emails, the body can contain 'placeholders', which get replaced with values from your database as the email is sent. The simple, intuitive wizard will guide you through the configuration process, prompting you at each step for the information that it needs to process your mailshot.
